Executive Leadership

John Hiscock

President & General Counsel - John oversees all of Navigatr Group’s best-in-class brand support operations across marketing, HR, finance, legal, and infrastructure. Previously, he was General Counsel to Travel Edge, Kensington Tours, TripArc and other Navigatr investment properties. John began his career in law, eventually practicing as a partner at one of Canada’s largest law firms, where he led technology-based domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital and debt financings.
Andrew Dyer

EVP, Travel Partner Relations Procurement - Andrew works with partners across all Navigatr brands to drive improved partner relationships and outcomes including the sourcing of supplier inventories across all verticals including air, hotel, cruise, car rental, insurance, and tours & activities. Dyer was most recently head of Expedia Group’s Global Connectivity & Partner Solutions team, with responsibility for connectivity strategy and commercial relationships with global distribution system (GDS) partners and other airline, car rental, hotel, and vacation rental connectivity providers.

Grace Chang

SVP, Finance - Grace is responsible for the finance team at Navigatr and its portfolio companies, which includes operational accounting, treasury, financing, tax, audit and reporting functions. She brings over 18 years of experience to our team from a variety of industries, including commodity trading, legal, technology and insurance. Grace is a graduate of University of Western Ontario and holds a CPA designation.
Lyanne Braun

SVP, Human Resources - Lyanne is responsible for the overall design and implementation of Talent Management processes, HR services, Training and Talent Acquisition for Navigatr and its portfolio companies, in order to support significant business growth. Before Navigatr, she was part of the leadership team of Hudson’s Bay Company for almost 14 years, during its transformation and acquisition of Saks Fifth Avenue and Lord & Taylor, and earlier in her career, with TD Bank Financial Group.
Norm Crooks

SVP, Operations - Norm oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring the company's products and services are delivered effectively and efficiently, managing budgets and resources, and developing strategies to improve business performance. His is also responsible for ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, optimizing processes to enhance productivity, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Norm leads and and manages teams across different departments, collaborating with other senior executives to drive growth and innovation.
Yoni Grundland

VP, Operations & Associate General Counsel - Yoni supports Navigatr’s investments and acquisitions as well as commercial, compliance and dispute resolution matters. Previously, he worked as VP Procurement at TripArc, managing supplier connectivity and procurement operations. Prior to joining Navigatr Group, Yoni worked at two leading Canadian law firms, Stikeman Elliott LLP and Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions.
